Who is Cyclonus (G1)

This has been talked to death, but which one became Cyclonus, and which one became Armada? Just based on Personality, Skywarp or Bombshell?

The answer seems to be neither and Unicron used raw materials and added personalities. More personality in e.g. the UK comics, of course, or they broke free of their programming more when they were further away from Unicron's control. This does make a reasonable amount of sense if Unicron and Primus are both god-level aliens/forces that can create stuff.
