[New RPG] Before Cutthroat

Cutthroat needs a squeaky clean, highly competent sounding name before he becomes known as Cutthroat. I just can't think of any. In the new RPG, he's a high caste professional surgeon--a highly skilled medic essentially, but not a scientist. Cleancut doesn't sound quite right. Clearcut doesn't either.
