I, sir, will never lose my accent, what-what!

[/bounder]

anyhoo, yes, i thought it was a shame cullen didnt get to do ironhide, but i did think the voices we got in the movie worked, ironhides included (even if his pronunciation of 'building' was weird).

I never really said i did't like his voice, to tell the truth i think it was alot better for the style of the movie. it was just one of those fan-boy whines that we all do time after time.

It's been comfirmed on alot of sites that skidsand mudflap are in fact "gangsta". the only way this could get any worse is if one had dred locks and the other a :afro:, with gold chains around their neck, and 20" rims with spinners.:smack:

EDIT: sorry 4 the double post. didn't notice I was the last one:lol:

So how come Bumblebee, when he did finally get to say something, sounded dreadfully English? Never mind... maybe some of the others managed to develop proper elocution via old BBC transmissions ;)

It's a great idea 4 them to take their personalitys from the radio. But sometimes it gets out of line. jazz has already made fun of the "gangsta" type in the first film, WHY!!Do we really need skids and mudflap to replace him. I think the movie could do with out it. I was really pulling 4 them being rednecks. oh well only time will tell if it works or not. no matter what happens i'll still love em' anyway.

Yea, seems like a lot of the series I like have the sort of "Jar-Jar" character in them...here's to hoping and praying that The Avenger Initiative doesn't.

I like jar-jar, but It's the same way I like my band director. you like seeing them every once and a while but if you spend too much time with em' you just want to shoot them in the face. Now If your trying to say skids and mudflap will be the new jar-jar then I got to disagree. I don't think they'll be that bad, just a little buggy and thats it.

I must say that skids and mudflap are my fav from the ROTF line, and hopfully the movie will do them justice. but no matter what happens i'll still love the same unless they do something really stupid like shoot prime instead of megatron.

New ROTF clip featuring Wheelie... German dub.

No English version available as far as I know.

http://unterhaltung.t-online.de/c/18/99 ... vv=P5.html

Summary:

- Mikaela is pissed at Sam for setting her up on their first webcam date.
- Sam tells Mikaela he just had a breakdown and is seeing these symbols... ever since he tuched the Allspark shard.
- He tells Mikaela NOT TO TOUCH IT.
- Mikaela tells him it's safely stored in a safe.
- Wheelie intends to open the safe, but keeps tripping into mousetraps and other things.
- Eventually he manages to work on the safe, but Mikaela spots him.
- Wheelie claims he's just a small drone.
- Mikaela counters by saying "I'm your worst nightmare".

There is nothing 'dreadful' about sounding English...

on a serious note, its the same voice he had at the end of the first film, its just that his dialog was so short that some might not have recognised it. on the plus side, i can do a pretty good impression imho.

RE the german clip... the whole thing, robot and all, does actually look pretty good. i always get nervous when humans have to physically interact with things that arent there (sam and bee in the garage when sam puts his hand on bees head doesnt look right to my eye), but that scene looked pretty solid.

Anthing yet of The Fallen in motion/activity?

Pure morbid curiosity. I have, today, seen his design and am wondering if he's escaped from a Bionicle movie... :|

wow way better in English, the voice just fits the little guy. It's nice to hear a transformer say a swear word so freely. sure frenzy said the f-word and s-word, and jazz said the b-word in the last movie, but jazz's felt scripted or forced out and frenzy's are hardly noticed unless you watch the film a few times. Wheelie's had the same effect as transformers: the movie, where spike s-word was ground breaking, and ultra magnus's "open damn it open" was just the same. Wheelie's had that the same since of shock and joy as the 1986 movie and I hope we get more( just not overboard, 1 or 2 will do.).

And before anybody calls me out and says hey frenzy didn't say the f-word, check the scene where he is on airforce one. It's the part where he is sneeking back to barricade. he says it when he shoots the guards a bird just as he gets into barricade. you can hear it best with a surround sound system, that where I first heard it. go check it out it's there, hard to hear at first but it's there.

Does anybody else think the Fallen's face bears a passing resemblance to the "Death" face of a Quintesson Judge?

If you look carefully, you can see teeth, and what appears to be the nasal cavity of a human skull.
