I'm guessing it's symbolic, like the "All Hail" image, symbolising Decepticon victory. Though I would love to see Megs take Prime apart.

Haven't Hasbro nixed a Megatron-holding-Prime's-head cover before?

IDW have done several kill/corpse covers by now, so it doesn't seem to be an issue.

I hope so. It's a really nice cover. I am transfixed by that orange highlighting.

So considering the events of Devastation #5, is this going to be main IDW continuity now after all?
Looking for a complete Energon Sky Shadow (from Superion Maximus).
Offering: Binaltech Hound, Swindle, Ravage (Corvette), Skids.
Can buy in stores: Robot Heroes Tigatron/Inferno, Ricochet/Predaking.

Still a teaser.
It makes sense for it to be, or for a main title book (if this isn't) to start up the month after the movie sequel series starts. Although even with that shelf space to itself for a month, I'm not hugely optimistic about the prospects for Reign of Starscream without a film in cinemas -- wish we could get Ryall to do something on the main series, and I hope he won't be put off if the interest doesn't materialise.

Do something-what with which main series?
May solicits should be due any day now, shouldn't they?

Based on the Furman-penned, in-continuity Mosaic from last week, my complete guess would be yes.

But I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they don't (in a public place) until after Dev #6 comes out.
I'd like to see him do a spotlight or similar.

Ah, right. Ryall from a writing perspective. Was completely lost. Makes sense now.
Yeah, I was wondering if they were holding off until Dev was done. Those printing delays still continue to cause ripples.

I'd hope not. I'm getting increasingly unnerved by the constant slew of allusions to "exciting massive new projects" that are accompanied by a conspicuous lack of announcements.
Hopefully it is just a case of them holding off until Devastation's done.

Confirmed as in-continuity --

3) F-15s? Hell yes.
Yay!

Well, that's a worth while contribution to this discussion. Well worth the bump.

Right. We'll hold you to that. When the series has finished, I'll go through and do a direct blow-by-blow comparison between the two.
I mean that, incidentally.

Any news on likely release date? Is this like Stormbringer, something to plug the gap between -ations? Does this mean that it may get released in March-June and that they've delayed telling us about it till Dev #6 is out, or will this be released from June onwards, in which case it seems a little pointless. I'm assuming of course that Revelation #1 is scheduled for July, the usual four month gap still applying.
