Nosecones on G1 Seekers

Just a quick question, is it simply a case of pulling the rubber nosecone off to remove it and replace on the G1 jets? ie starscream, thrust etc.

Just got a great complete thrust, apart from a chewed nosecone and wanna swap it for a spare.
