Okay, folks. Everybody has their favourite characters - the ones they'd be banned defending. But, similarly, everybody has the characters that they absolutely loathe - the ones that they'd happily see somebody banned for even mentioning.

The "who's your favourite?" has been done to death on many an occasion. But this is where we establish who you like least.

Inspired by (and format blatantly ripped off from) the Big Transformers Popularity Contest currently in effect at the Transfans Message Board, I bring you...

TFA's Big Transformers Unpopularity Contest

Preliminary Round
Nominate upto ten of your most hated Transformers characters. Simple as that.

Four things to bear in mind:

a) They don't have to be in any order (please refrain from numbering your choices)
b) Remember that you're nominating, not voting. If somebody has already nominated one of your choices, feel free to pick another.
c) Please specify the series your nominated character is from.
d) For purposes of rationale, characters with multiple toys can be nominated in each of their forms, presuming you've based your dislike on the actual toy itself or the fact that they suddenly became ugly, et cetera.

Uhm, that's it, I think. Nominations open until I decide otherwise (yeah, ain't I great?). Get to it!

Swindle - Megatron would've shot him along time ago if they didn't need him for Bruticus's leg. Then again, they could always teach Bruticus to hop on one foot...
Starscream - At least in Armada they finally decided what his gender was gonna be....

Mine are based primarily on the toys as I'm pretty indifferent to most of the characters in the shows and comics.

That´s about it. And I don´t hate any of these characters, I just find them irritating. Human characters (if not some kind of -masters) should be neglected in my opinion.

Well, OP's been mentioned twice, but I'm gonna mention him again because I hate the fact that he never goes away. The only exceptions would be G2 Laser OP, and Armada Supercon Optimus because they're such f*ckin' badass toys. It's gotta be the coolest OP ever made.

Bumble Bee-He's a whiny little bitch. "I'm so small and useless, boo hoo!" It was good to see him get a bit of confidence when he got his pretender shell.

Cartoon Springer-He always came accross as a dick.

Armada Sideswipe-F*ckin' dink!

Armada Scavenger's toy.

Once again, we have to mention that Wheelie sucks.

Most of the energon molds I've seen so far . . . the exceptions being Starscream and Battle Ravage.

not hates the comics that much. hates the way most characters seem devoid of any sort of intelligence most of the time, sitting round with their thumbs up their arses, not helped by absolutely appaling plots that make Carnage in C Minor look like Shakespeare. budiansky = cr@p

Okay, ballot closes at midnight (BST) on Wednesday 10th September.

And for those who are yet to vote, be aware that I don't care if you're nominating the cartoon version, comic version or Ladybird book version - you don't need to specify that. By "series" I meant G1/BW/MW/BM/Whatever, not media.
