Name: Megatron Function: Apprentice Demi-God Subgroup: RoTF Voyager Vehicles “I am Megatron!” Trapped in the black, crushing depths of the sea, his mind inert in the drip of stasis lock, Megatron knows nothing of the desperate search mounted for his remains by the other Decepticons. When he was fin...

Since numbat stole my Megatron fighting Prime idea, I guess I'll break out the "beating of the Starscream" and "bending knee to the Fallen" Review proper should be up tomorrow. For now, know that Voyager Megs has some draw backs, but is still a much better figure the last movie's...

Good review.

I agree with numbat, while I really like the movie designs, the Arcees are pushing it, though Chromia is the nicest of the two we've seen.

Speaking of an unsustainable practice, can someone clarify for me whether the Matrix of Leadership in the movie was unique (i.e. needed to activate all the harvesters) or just specific to the harvester located on Earth? I don't remember if they mention this in the movie, but if the former is true, t...

Very nice.

I also really like the idea of the Human Alliance. It's nice to see that Hasbro got it right! If only the rumour Ironhide and Arcee HAs are as good, I will be pleased.

PS3 Killer, if you have questions about anything kitbashing related, you might try the kitbashing forum. Another Tf Fan has a nifty thread for just the sort of questions you've asked here. In other news, great review, DB. I'm quite fond of the character in the movie, but I'm still on the fence with ...

I read it a few months ago, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't know it had anything to do with Astro Boy, beyond the uber-powerful kid robot comparison.

WEEEEEEE! Giant Robots! Lots of giant robots! Really, the action sequences were spectacular; Prime reminded us all that he is a bad-assx10. I was kinda irritated that he died, again. Micheal Bay would have gotten a thousand cool points if he had left Prime dead. In fact, I don't think any Autobots e...

Good review.

You know, I had heard somewhere that his leg panels could somehow attach to his back in robot mode; some kind of unofficial flight mode. Any truth to that?

Finally caught up. Apologies, if there are more proofing issues than normal. It's been rather hectic around here lately.

So far Starscream is my favorite of the new line. I really dig the whole pancake flat thing he has going on.

Tfw2005.com has some new pics of Animated Rodimus Minor (I'm still not sure why they didn't go with Prime) and a repaint of Oil Slick. Unexpected!

I'm really digging Oil Slicks new scheme. If the actual version is that shiny, I'll pick him up.

The voyager Starscream has a beautiful jet mode. It's super sleek with 0 undercarriage junk, and very little robot kibble (sadly, that kibble is is robot hands, but I'll give him a pass). The tats are pretty sweet as well. His robot mode is a lot more accurate to the CGI model than the previous figu...

Woot. The Female Starscream finally gets an official name: Slipstream. Interesting.

Animated Lockdown in Movie style? I'm quite curious as to how that will work out.

Also, have we seen a toy for the third bike in the RoTF set? Or have any other information on it for that matter?
