Just an idea but doing a system recovery back a few weeks might help. They tend to revert back a lot of the files that startup these nasty things to a state before they were edited. Not fool proof but system recovery has saved me many hour of swearing when stuff goes wrong

I used to use AVG but in work I found a new anti-virus which I actually prefer. I gotta say I absolutely hate that design. Its not the fact it looks nothing like original G1 Jazz its the fact that the only way that is likely to transform is by morphing.
