Ooooo...I think I'm going to go with Hybrid G1 Convoy since he's small, very articulated, has the trailer, and the best Roller I've seen on any Convoy/Prime figure. Others that I really like, Henkei Convoy and Masterpiece Convoy.

In that case, yes, your collection is more awesome than mine. The variety is incredible. Who's the little, blue bot near your Gundams that has gray treads for legs?

I thought you also had a Universe Sunstreaker, Alternator Shockblast, and a few other more modern toys. Did you sell those? Or are these just the pictures of shelves that have non-Transformers merchandise, hence why it's in the Other Toylines forum? Pardon if these are stupid questions, but I've nev...

Yes, but none of those are official products. Those are all outputs from small companies filling a very specific demand, which is the opposite of the Hasbro approach to throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. Whoops. I meant to use those solely to indicate a niche market. Didn't mean to i...

I would say there is a bit of niche filling particularly with brands like FanProjects, TFC, and others that make those neat accessories that enhance the Classics, Universe 2.0, the movies, and Animated. But all that's more specialized and catering to the hardcore TF fan. For the more general audienc...

Big Convoy. It has way too many ball joints, which makes the figure a bit of a pain to transform and to have stand in robot mode.

Well, if you want a toy for nostalgia purposes, I'd recommend you check out the Encore line instead of ROTF. Or are you talking about buying something in a store instead of online?

Artist: E.J. Su, however, Nick could also cover the role of artist.

Well Cliffy, I'm doing the same thing you're doing. I just got Shout Factory's complete G1 series and I'm watching the episodes again. It has definitely been...an experience...yeah, that'll work...an experience so far.

Character development? No. It'd be nice but there's just too much going on for there to be much of that. Consistency? If we're talking about the factions acting like they have in the past, then no, it's a wholely different continuity. Of course, I am using the word "continuity" rather loos...

Well, seeing as they're representatives of a faction that's been shown (and will be shown again) to have no qualms about destroying natives for their own means hanging around at a construction site, and that Demolisher's first action on NEST entering the area was to transform and kill some people, ...
