There's been a heck of a lot of shit anime subbed by the millions of fansub groups that are out there over the years, you'd think SOMEONE could have managed it by now after a decade plus.

The series haven't been released with subs officially (indeed, in Japan, neither one has even been released on DVD, just VHS), and no fansub group has ever successfully completed the series.
