Synopsis: The Maximal Wing Saber is interrogated by the Predacon Steelgrave. But before he can torture her she manages to escape, tearing her way through the Predacon base, and managing to set Steelgrave into a fight with two other Decepticons. She escapes into her ship the Chromia 10.
The Predacon Tripredacus Council discuss current matters, including the action of many renegade Predacons who refuse to submit to the Pax Cybertronia. With the Decepticons abandoning their descendants, the Autobots and Maximals have been able to defeat the Predacons. However, renegade Predacons such as Steelgrave’s group in the planet Nibari, threaten to cause the Maximals to attack all Predacons. The Council leaks details of these renegades to Maximals, whilst sending an agent to ensure that Nibari’s resources would ultimately end up under Predacon command.
On another planet, Maximals Crossblades and Stiletto destroy an entire battalion of Predacons. After the battle, the two are reassigned under Wing Saber. Shortly afterwards the three Maximals rendezvous, and are assigned to the planet Nibari, where the Predacons, led by Steelgrave, have taken over the planet to mass produce sparkles Transformer bodies. Wing Saber suspects that more is happening on Nibari than Maximal command suspects, because Steelgrave is not smart enough to lead an army.
On Nibari itself, the local Ritash, leader of the remaining survivors, receives information of the Predacon converting the Nibarians’ robotic factories, and formulates a plan to attack the invaders.
The three Maximals plan out a plan to sneak into the factory, and after using a combination of holograms and bird droppings the three manage to disguise themselves as barmaids and incapacitate Steelgrave and a group of Predacons with poisoned energon. However, as they enter the factory itself they find out that the Nibarian rebellion is battling the Predacons. The Nibarians successfully shut down the factory, albeit temporarily. However the Predacons’ mysterious leader arrives, revealing himself to be the Decepticon Megatron. The Nibarians flee through underground passages, while the Maximal trio likewise evacuate with an injured Ritash after buying time by burying Megatron in rubble. The three Maximals befriend Ritash and hatch a plan.
The three Maximals arrive on Megatron’s headquarters, challenging him to a duel. Making use of Megatron’s arrogance, Wing Saber proposes that since the Maximals are smaller than Megatron, all three of them will fight. Megatron accepts, and in a crater the three Maximals battle Megatron. After a while (where Megatron, much to the surprise of the Maximals, seemed weaker than what he is supposed to be) Crossblades and Stiletto are knocked out but Wing Saber manages to reveal that Megatron’s body is a disguise. With the pretender Megatron facing defeat, the Nibarians arrive, having taken over the Predacon drones with a code they inserted in an earlier raid. The Predacons are defeated, and the false Megatron is revealed to be the Decepticon general Flamewar. Flamewar, outraged, spouts out how the Decepticons are superior over everyone else, but Wing Saber captures her and threatens to turn her to the Predacon Alliance. Stiletto and Crossblades agree to fly with Wing Saber for a little while. Ritash will convert the Predacon drones into construction machines.
