Nebulos is a distant Earth-like planet inhabited by organic lifeforms, including a humanoid race referred to as Nebulans. And like Earth, Nebulos has also played a significant role in the Cybertronian Wars in the past, including in the development of Headmaster, Powermaster (or Transector) and Targetmaster technology.

Currently, Cybertron and Nebulos relations are strained, a result of the aforementioned wars - like Earth.
