Neutralists are Cybertronian civilians who, for varying reasons, have no factional allegiance. While Neutralists reside within both Autobot and Decepticon held city-states, they also reside in Neutral-held territories. These regions are made up of former Autobots and Decepticons, civilians, various alien races and remaining post-Reclamation Quintessons. While many neutralists share unified political beliefs and are resentful towards the age-old conflict that still grips their planet, others simply wish to have no part in faction-based politics at all. Furthermore, others are outcasts, no longer feeling welcome throughout the rest of Cybertronian society.
