Small and non particularly intelligent, Rumble is a typical Decepticon soldier. He isn't much good for jobs involving big-picture thinking or long-term planning, but if you need something demolished he's the best person to send. He can usually be found getting into trouble along with his brother Frenzy, who is nominally the brains of the pair.
