Yeah, apart from human verification things and whack-a-mole with the ones that get past that, I think it might be time to nuke all of the older accounts that haven't posted or sent/received messages and in many cases never registered any activity past the date of registration. Without checking for messages, that's about 80% or over fifteen thousand accounts. There are mass bot registrations that effectively failed (not even spam links in the profiles) in waves over the last ten years plus.
