Looking for advice with some parts

Hi there I am rather new here and wwas informed that there might be someone out there that can assist me with at least knowing what to do. I am an avid fan of triple changers or more ( ie Optimal Optimus and Sixshot) as well I enjoy combiners ...I mean really come on who doesn't.
I recently purchased for really quite cheap a Sixshot, downside is that his one big wing is snapped, one of the little flippy nose pieces when he is in ship mode has torn off at the hinge and I am as always missing the guns. So inevitably I would like to repair this quite awesome figure, I was wondering if I am better off gettign a fully complete and functional sixshot payign the high cost for it while at the same time keepign this one as parts or is it feasible for me to attempt getting ahold of the parts and doing the slight repair work ?
