It's been ages since we had one of these.
So as it happens, the great majority of our characters were never featured in the cartoon. If you have one of those, what do you imagine his voice would be like when you're typing his posts? It adds a lot of flavor to a character to know how he'd deliver his lines. Here's a few of mine:
Gigs: Tim Curry mixed with Destro
Reflector: They were in the cartoon, but my versions are much different. I reckon Spectro's the only one who would sound like Chris Latta as portrayed. The other two would be similar but deeper versions, where Spyglass would be the deepest and close to Latta's Sparkplug.
Derby: Edward Norton
Hammer: Kurtwood Smith
Knockout: John Lithgow
Stonecruncher: Bruce Willis
Sledge: Steve Buscemi
Grit: Marilyn Manson. Talking voice, not singing.
Excavator: Chris Tucker

Oh, that is
such a good one. I really should have made somebody Jeremy Irons, speaking of Die Hard villains. Hmm.
Ah!
Chop Shop: Jeremy Irons
Perfect for the Cons' resident crook.

Hmm, I am actually going to go with some real VC's on this one
Hatemonger- Richard Epcar, his voice is just deep enough without going nuts. But really his voice sounds how I would think that Hatemonger would sound. Powerful, loud and deep but not too deep.
Cryotek- Steve Blum, I just think he could make Cryotek sound as cunning and evil as he is.
Honestly, leave the Predacons alone.
I'll try to think of the Cybertron crowd later

Oooh! Good one!
Dai Atlas: Either Richard Roundtree or Sam Jackson... really - that's how I've always pictured him
Speeder: Ed Harris - esp in his roll in the Rock.
Skyfall: Me, actually. But since that doesn't help: Tom Welling (no I don't look like him - similar quality voice, only I'm an octive and a bit deeper)
Starlight: Susan Blu
Ark\Nemesis: Scott McNeil - having fun
BW:
Magmatron: Jeremy Irons (credit Flec with that idea) - basically from Dungeons and Dragons
Moon: Howie Mandell as little Howie in his cartoon
Longrack: Robert Stack. Seriously.
I'd actually change up Bumblebee's voice as well. This ones a bit older, bit more grown up. Something like.... Orlando Bloom

Buzzsaw: Well, yeah, sure, he was in the cartoon, but my version of the guy actually talks, so we'd need a new guy for that. I've always seen him as a somewhat wussier version of Sky Lynx...so whoever did Sky Lynx's voice, I guess. :\
Spinister: Victor Garber in one of his more bastardish Alias moments.
Crosshairs: As hilarious as his freaky child molester voice in the 'toon was, I don't see it fitting the character very much. I think Jeff Conaway could do a good job, though.
Hubcap: John Cassini. By a mile.
Ratbat: Although he's rather dead at the moment, I feel obliged to point out that he would definitely have been voiced by Arman Shimerman.
BW Prowl: That one's a toughie. Peter Wingfield, maybe?
Haven't played around with Chase or BW Dead End long enough to really have a good idea about them yet.

I have such a hard time visaging Weirdwolf in that voice.
Oh! I have a revision:
Gigs: Hugo Weaving
Yeh, it was Michael Bay's idea first, but it's
such a good one.
