AWF State of Affairs - if you care at all about this place, READ
Here's the deal.
Last spring I was asked by another member of the board if they could take control of the fledgling AWF. I agreed, but didn't want my character used. The promised shows were never produced and the few products that came out were subpar.
Due to the decline in recent times of this place, we are at the crossroads. The future of the AWF is now in serious doubt. There have been a few decent shows posted, but there has been little response from the members. With no response, the writers have no where to go and little incentive to come up with new and exciting material.
Because of this, Warp approached me about what I want to do with this forum. I have come to the conclusion that because there has been little activity and some writiers have completely dropped the ball many, MANY times, it is time to start the last run of the AWF. It is apparent that there just isn't the interest here to support a forum.
As of this moment, the plan is simple, I will resume control of the forum and along with a couple select writers, produce shows. The initial plan is to have 4 more events, PPV style. There would be one event by the end of this month, one in Feb. one in March and one in April which would be Archivemania. If the interest and posting has not improved dramatically, Archivemania will be the final show for the AWF, the forum will be locked and moved to the Junkion Files.
What's even more simple is what to do if you don't want this to happen, post. If you want the AWF to continue, you have to post and get more quality people in here to post. One post a week or every couple days is enough to sustain a fued and give the writers something to work with. Therefore, the fate of this place is entirely up to you. I've made my decision, it is up to you to change my mind. Pass this message along to those who you believe would want to read it.

I may be serving an on-screen suspension, but you and I and all the backstage nobodies watching at home know that any AWF encore just wouldn't mean a damn thing without the Living Legend, the Walking Wonder, the Human Highlight Reel, Record Breaker and History Maker... the HeartBrend Kid Sean O'Con.
Because, after all, I am the most decorated man in AWF history, I am the highlight of your insipid lives... and, most importantly of all, I am better than you, et cetera and so on.
The Heat is in. And if you ain't down with that... you know the drill.

You can't close the AWF. I'm the announcer.
C'mon, surely there are others who appreciate the humor in that.

Flec's selling a lot of RID, Armada, and Energon, and a few G1 toys. 'S all I'm sayin'.
