A red pickup with "Sparkplug & Son" logos, named "Salvage"... doesn't sound particularly Decepticon-y to me.

That's spelt "Y-e-s", incidentally. I'm guessing the black pick-up with gatling guns and an obsession with killing things would be a baddy, then, as it doesn't sound much like an Autobot.
