Never seen that.
I do own a DVD of Patlabor 1(Babylon Project, Babel virus)
I also have a snes game of Patlabor.(emulator rom, so I can send it to anyone interested) It's japanese so in the 2nd mission I keep getting blown up by picking the wrong thing to say(flamethrower equipped mech on rampage near oil storage)

I liked the Patlabor movies, strangly enough I think the second one is better than the first .
I bought the first 1 or 2 TV series DVDs but I haven't watched them yet, like 150 other anime dvds I've got
