I started wondering:

should I keep posing new kitbashes in this thread, or should I make a new thread for each one? As this is gonna start getting pic-heavy.

I had a different thread for each of my lego models but they ended up flooding the forum a bit so they were all contained into one thread. With that in mind i'd keep them all here.

What I'm working on at the mo. Gots a Cybertron Starscream for around 3 pounds, so I'm working on the next kitbash!

Has anybody replaced the arms on this guy? If so, what worked?

Some stuff I'm working on, but will have to go on the back burner until I can afford some paints and parts (mostly alternators fists)

First up: Irontread, made from a Armada Demolisher, still needs some parts and silver paints, but its a basic idea of what he's looking like

Next up is a rework of the Crossover Hulk. He's gonna end up being a Seige Tank from Starcraft. Has no name or faction as yet. Not even a preferred type of cheese.
