I got that group separated through random clicking of what was left! But I did get the connection at the end, yeah.

Only 5/10. Clearly I know more about the subject matter of Sades' grid than Transformers.

Enjoy!
5/10.

"Chase" threw me, you sneaky so and so. I should have caught on when I thought "hmmm, why only use the humans' last names?", but I didn't see it until it put the groups together for me.

Agreed with Brend re: Swoop.

7/10, plus a deep sense of shame that I didn't get the last connection.

6/10, but probably only because I know how you think.

No connection was a dick move, jerkface.
:p

edit2: Oh, average best on these things has been 1/2. But mostly a whole lotta 0.

6/10, in spite of this:

Which probably technically counts as cheating. But I actually got it after randomly typing the correct response in disgust when I couldn't figure it out, so I'm all for it!

Here's another from me!

4/10.

Got all the groups, but bizarrely none of the reasons.
SPOILER! (select to read)
I had the Nucleon guys down as Perchance to Dream, which they were but obviously that's not the reason you wanted.

The Aerialbots I had down as all having airborne modes, which again technically correct but not what you wanted. I have had to Google Barrel Roll since doing the grid to find out who or what he is.

I still haven't read MTMTE so the other two groups were separated through luck rather than judgement.

Ha, I totally forgot about Perchance to Dream when I made that group. But I had considered using someone else instead of instead of Sunstreaker or Wheeljack. That someone else? Ironhide.

*facepalm*

At least I didn't accidentally list four of The Magnificent Six, right?

The Aerialbots was just me having a laugh about how many replacements have been shoved into the team over the years.

Disclaimer: I am having a shitty few days, and am very grouchy. The following is possibly a result of that.

Sorry to be *that guy*, but this grid doesn't actually work. The aim is to make four unique groups, so the grid only has one correct solution. In this grid it is possible to swap, for example,
SPOILER! (select to read)
Megatron and Skywarp
and the group connections would still apply.

By the way, the group with
SPOILER! (select to read)
"no connection"? They are, of course, connected. For example, they all appeared in Transformers : The Movie. Also, that group and the Decepticon group still work if Megatron and Skywarp are swapped.
I know it is only a bit of a laugh, but I just wanted to clarify how the grids work, otherwise we could all end up wasting time playing grids that make no logical sense. Which is very frustrating.
