I'm assuming that "Family Time" is a polite euphemism for the otherwise absent "trying to get my end away"...

Simulated materials, and I don't think he would pass a close inspection. Then again, he was hanging in the Air and Space museum, so a lot of people would be looking closely at him, so I don't know.
Movie Transformers can be lighter than they look, though. A woman picked up Frenzy with no effort.
