When did this start?!
When did this start?!
Ok, I hate to bug out about a really pointless question, but that's what the internet is for so here I go. I've noticed a lot of fan fics and such marking Bumble Bee and Arcee as a couple. Now I don't have a problem with this really cause I've seen stranger pairings, but I'm just curious when this started. I dont remember any signs of this until just recently and a friend of mine was curious as well. Any help on the matter is much appreciated.

Hee. She's not monogamous, is she?Blackjack wrote:Arcee and BUmblebee? Only in GI Joe Crossover I think.
Arcee belongs to Hot Rod, Springer and Chromedome...
Seems to me like she has a thing for the bad(ish) boys. Hot Rod's a rebel without a cause (pre-Matrix), Springer's a Wrecker, and Chromedome ... okay. Don't know much about him, other than he danced with her in an episode of the Japanese Headmasters series.
Bumblebee...? Well, he's done hard time in the TFArchive RPG, so I suppose that would count.
No idea... I mean, you can't get too much more different than her quartet of love interests (and that's if you ignore the SUPER creepy Daniel stuff in Rebirth). I suppose she's drawn to the 'brash hero' type.
Hot Rod / Rodimus - Strong, brash, impulsive, 'all American boy'
Springer - more of a rogue than Hot Rod, stronger, but actually pretty similar
Chromedome - Strong, brash, impulsive, a bit more mature than the other two
Bumblebee - definately heroic and brave, often impulsive, STRONG is not a word I would use.
She doesn't like BAD boys, per se.. she likes very GOOD boys with a bit of rogue in them, from the looks of it. But it's not like she's been consistantly characterized anyway.

He might not be physically strong in the same way the others are, but he's still deceptively tough. He has a strength of will few other Autobots can equal, so he's not exactly weak. Just sayin'.TFVanguard wrote:Bumblebee - definately heroic and brave, often impulsive, STRONG is not a word I would use.
That's kinda what I was getting at with the 'bad boy' comment. Not necessarily a bad guy (I couldn't see her with a Decepticon, for instance), but certainly a rebel, because she herself has a rebellious, impulsive streak.TFVanguard wrote:She doesn't like BAD boys, per se.. she likes very GOOD boys with a bit of rogue in them, from the looks of it.
