WTF? I asked my comic book shop about it because I couldn't find it on the shelves, and they said it hasn't come out yet.

Finally picked it up. Started really promising, dense read, nice little connections to the other books, but then it got really thin with a largely uninspired fight taking up most of the book. Hope we see more of Omega Supreme, I like the way they're treating him here.

I just read Spotlight: Optimus Prime, and I have to say I'm disappointed.

The art is great and the beginning monologue is quite interesting. So is Omega Supreme's representation. Seeing Prime standing next to Omega was cool.

But everything from there goes downhill. There were interesting points regarding the Transformers history, such as how old Omega is (Dalek mentioned that many points are no surprise to some fans, but they were to me), and info on the first Prime, but this hardly made up for the lack-luster dialogue and shoddy story-telling.

Sigh, I don't get it, but here goes......

For those who are interested, Spotlight: Optimus Prime 3D is due to arrive November 19th.

Now witness the title character be sidelined in three dimensions. Ooooo.

One of the nice things about having monovision is I never have to pretend to give a **** about 3D. You're all two dimensional to me donchaknow.
