Do girls really like Starscream?

I remember hearing references about this. And in one video which was intended to be comic, there was a caption of Starscream saying "I love goth 80s trannies. And they love me."

Anyway, after Femscream appeared, I decided to check wiki if I was just imagining things. Transformers wiki says that, for some reason, Starscream has accumulated an unusually large number of fangirls.

Is this really true?

It seems to be though I have no poll numbers to back that up. I know Clogs loves Screamer and over on TFW, what few girls there are seem to like him as well. Damned if I know why. I never liked the bugger until recently in Animated and the 2007 Movie.

Halfshell would know, trust me...he's confessed his love for knitting and unicorns to so many girls, and yet somehow they always reject him. Even the inhaler doesn't work as bait, it seems.

So, yeah, I think that 'Starscream as chick magnet' at least WAS true for quite a long time.

I also don't much care for fangirls. I wonder if the two are connected?
