Who would win? Starscream or Cyclonus?

I'd say Starscream, due to the whole "Immortal Spark" thing.

I love random battle threads.

Cyclonus because he's a complete upgrade of the old Seekers. Speed, Strenght and courage are all to his advantage.

I think Cyclonus would win, again that up grade thing...but Starscreams ghost would come back to knock Cyclonus out of round 2!
If you can keep your head when all around are loosing theirs...you probably haven’t grasped the situation!!

Starscream.

Sure, Cyclonus is far more skilled and has brute force and firepower on his side as well, but, let's face it, he's just far too honourable. Screamer would win out in a typical underhanded cheat of a move!

I always thought Skywarp was Cyclonus, I didn't know about the controversy until Wikipedia'ing it.

I'd say Starscream; he doesn't have "ears" that provide leverage when someone's trying to rip his head off.

Cyclonus would kill Starscream but then, SS will come back and possess Cyclonus. So really, I guess the winner, in the end, would be Starscream.

This is possibly the deciding factor... Cyclonus is more powerful and so on, but basically Cyclonus' head design just lends itself towards death.

That issue was possibly the most disturbing thing I read as a kid. What other mainstream comic got away with literally showing one character pull the other's head off in such a graphic fashion?

That's why I chose old Screamer. The purpose of this thread was to help me make a decision on something, so thanks. There are at least 3 more polls coming from me of this type, so look forward to it.

This is a tough one.

Cyclonus looks awesome, has a kick-ass robot mode, and is stronger all around. (I wish they'd release a movie-accurate toy of him).

However Starscream wins for personality.

Got to be Starscream for the head related reasons mentioned. Plus Cyclonus was killed by a weedy generic droid in Megatron fancy dress.

As for the thread, Starscream would win hands down. He is more cunning, devious, and traitorous. Not to mention immortal. tech specs be damned....
