[RID,UT] Where is the Signal-Lancer Toy?

I know this is very obscure information but my favourite transformer, Signal-Flare does not have a toy or I cant seem to find it. This is the only transformer I truly like.

Honestly what can beat that? Transformer that turns into a Traffic Light and one that transforms into a Phone Booth. At least they are fun and original compared to ther other lucksture forms in the series.
