I think this is the first time in ages that New Zealand got something before the US does.

Legacy of Bumblebee? It sounds quite funny. What would such a legacy be? A little honey but not enough to be commercially exploitable? A whole lot of buzzing? Children's phobias about buzzing insects? (Yeah, I've been there.)

Bumblebee is one of the most important characters in all the continuities he's in. From the kid-appeal character in G1 (Um, he was always there! Important enough that he was in all seasons!), the kid-appeal character in Animated (He's saved it from exploding, saved it from being a non-technological wasteland, and not to mention the events in Velocity), and the kid appeal character in the movie (Uh... besides getting captured, what DID he do?). He has a legacy, no doubt.

I should have added a reminder that this three-pack is scheduled for a US release next month and will be exclusive to Wal*Mart stores there (obviously not in New Zealand).

Okay, let's see, he:

- Made contact with Sam
- Directed the Autobots to Earth
- Saved Sam and Barricade from Barricade
- Beat up Barricade real good
- Peed on Simmons
- Shrunk the Allspark
- Destroyed Brawl

I have Concept Camaro 'Bee (non-Premium) and Animated 'Bee. And I'd much rather get Classics Cliffjumper. (or Bumblejumper;)) I'll pass on this.

Well Treadshot if your refering to the Movie Bumblebee, then yes I don't have a Grey bodied Bumblebee...and don't want one, he wasn't grey in the movie.(I also didn't realize he was grey when I first posted.)

But I do have all three molds.

Now also out at US retail:
http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/2336034-post5.html

This three-pack is officially part of the "movie" line.

It contains the following three toys:
* "Classic" Bumblebee (2006 Classic Deluxe mold, movie-inspired minor redeco, replacing the white stripes with black, as well as other white deco details changed to black)
* Movie "Premium" Bumblebee (2007 Movie Deluxe Class Concept Camaro Bumblebee, "Premium Series" deco with "Premium Series" battle helmet head sculpt)
* Animated Bumblebee (Animated Deluxe)

So only "Classic" Bumblebee is exclusive to this set in this particular deco.

Port Angeles Wal-Mart has this tree pack out now in a aisle-way container. about 35 of them in the display.

the actually have four of these enormous aisle-way boxes. Each has different stuff in it. There are a huge assortment of Wal-Mart Wxlusive movie figs. (Cyb Re-paints), Premium Movie figs and voyager animated (scored a Blitzwing, whoo-hoo!)
