Sounds neat, but is KB Toys still have stores or are they only online now?

I thought they went bankrupt?

I wasn't aware that they still existed anywhere except outlet malls.

There's still one I know of in Denver, but, as far as I know, it's the only one in the entire state of Colorado (which is a BIG, though sparse, state). There may be a handful of scattered stores out there in the 'big' cities.

I know of three of them. Two are in big malls (South Shore Plaza and Cambridgeside Galleria) and the third is in a stripmall (don't know the name. This one's the biggest of the three).

They've actually started to have a good selection recently (in fact they've had things that TRU and Walmart didn't get for another month or so), and I overheard a person who said he was the district manager tell a customer that the new CEO's motto was that if they had stuff in stock then people will buy it.

As opposed to "It's not in stock, so it can't be bought"? I think the new CEO has common sense now.

I actually know of one location in an outlet mall as well. Auros' saying that jogged my memory. I recall the last time I went there though they had very minimal stock, and very high prices.

Yeah. They're a bit more expensive which leads to more clearance sales on their part, but They've really turned around their policy in terms of stocking items.

And it's another reissue of the Ultimate Battle 2-Pack.

There is a KB at my local mall, and two others not too far from me, but I know of a few that have closed in the last few years.

So it's the same thing that was already released in the exact same packaging at Dollar General last year? :)

Yeah. But I guess this is it's technical 3rd Release.

Dollar Stores had it for $15. I wonder how much these will be jacked up.

Well, it's essentially the same as the KB Toys exclusive RID Spychanger redecos later being available at Target. If the packaging doesn't change, I consider it an, I dunno... expansion of the exclusivity. ;)

Meh. Oh well.

I wish they did some sort or repaint from the two molds. Motormaster vs. Warpath, even Ultra Magnus vs. Bludgeon.

Scourge and Bludgeon as 'Destructicon Ninjas' would have worked and a nice subtle nod to Kay*Bee and RID.

But, man, this is one of the WORST of all the Optimus Toys, and the Megs wasn't all that great... they warmed the shelves all over for a year, were thrown into discount chains, and they're being released AGAIN?

Idiots.
