We saw Skwarp in packaging before; Grimlock and Prowl in packaging are new, however.
Sykwarp is a Hasbro Toy Shop/San Diego Comic-Con exclusive (thus available in two weeks from now), while Prowl and Grimlock are Toys'R'Us exclusives coming this fall.

Prowl looks great, much better than previous pics (either he's transformed right or they've put him in the box in such a way as to trick into the crappy arms are normal looking). I love Grimlock's robot mode but the tank is amazingly half arsed, even worse than WW Megatron was (which was blamed on Pat Lee designing him originally, this one is Don though isn't it?).
