Most of the Activators look fun, and well designed for small scale TFs, but I'm not keen on the idea of the transformation being push-button spring-loaded. Where's the fun in that?

Plus, if pressing a button is Skill Level 2, what on Earth could Skill Level 1 involve? The game pieces of the old TF Snakes & Ladders style boardgame? Just upend the car and you've got robot mode?

New sale thread added with a range of Transformers including Masterpiece, Botcon, CHUG, RID, Movies etc.

Looking for MP-11T Thundercracker and MP-9 Rodimus v2 (Takara version with as few QC issues as possible).

Action Masters and Revoltech figures? I have to agree with you man, I don't see the point. I suppose its for little kids or whatnot, but it kinda takes the fun out of it if you ask me. But then I felt the same way about automorph functions.

So did I...

And I still do, on the whole.

(Exceptions being some of the geared parts of, say, either Deluxe Bumblebee, or Landmine's legs. They're all quite satisfying. But in the minority.)

I guess they're giving wains a better robot mode than they could have with a Cyberslammer, but, then, is that age of kid gonna care, or, more to the point, will the toy last long in their hands?

I guess, as well, that kids are the target audience, as ever, and even more so with small size classes.

And, I suppose I was put off by the easy transformation of some of the smaller BW figures, only then to end up prizing my Insecticon.

I'm a hypocrite.

:swirly:
