I've had a peek around the Bond forums..... woah, that new movie has created some intresting camps. It's either loved or truly hated. This makes me think..... No wonder we have so many people complaing about various things. Look at all the different continuities that we have. G1ERS, Beasties, armade...

I concur.

Hell, Perdido Street station is interesting enough to start a thread about on it's lonesome. Let alone going into detail about the Weaver.

Scariest creation...ever..

Books that came outta nowhere!

Have you ever read a book on the off chance it may be okay, or been had someone l;end you a book it took real effort to start, and then fell in love with? Between Michael Marshall Smith (Only Forward, Spares(which got ripped off to make The Island)) and China Miéville (Perdido Street Station, The Sc...

Being quite a large fan of most of his thriller/sci-fi books, this has come has a bit of a shock.

From reading Jurrasic Park back in the early 90's to currently reading his memoirs, i've grown up reading him.

He will be missed.

It only started being that way around the live action movie period, I don't remember that many cheapasses in the Cybertron period. I agree. I seem to remember a lot more people being supportive and pleased to see new products during the armada/energon time. Is it that with the TF's having such a re...

Well, I'm certainly suprised. I was told a few times that this issue really picked up.....and I enjoyed it. The first issue I have of this series. Thats not to say it's great, but it has at least caught my interest enough to want to buy this issue and keep it on life support until the next one. And ...

As I look further and further into this (it's got me interested, possibly enough to do some writing about) I've discovered that ST fans have a tenancy to really go for the jugular about things they don't like, rather than "this sucks, f*** hasblo" (and various versions thereof) which I do ...

Are We A Collection Of Whiners?

Last night, when haunting around a few of the forums I haunt, I noticed how much the negative comments of TF fans have a tendancy to outweigh the positive. Thinking this to be an intresting point, I checked out a few other "geek" forums [D&D, Star Wars, Star Trek, etc..] and noticed th...

Fable 2

Now, this game is very very very very very very very (etc, etc, etc, etc, etc,) good even with it's glaringly large bug issues and other problems..... but in the last week of playing it, one question has popped up again and again within my mind.. Why is the Legendary Master Chief Armour called Hal's...

Oddlyenough, I've found I either really hate Death Magnetic, or really like it. Depends on my mood, but I'll readily admit it's nowhere near the dizzying heights of Ride the Lightning, or Master of Puppets, but it's a million miles away from the sheer lunacy of St Anger. As much as people bitch and ...

I hated beast wars..... I really did... Then I watched it all back to back a few years ago (well, more than a few) and realised it IS what a TF series needs to be, i still have some difficulty in the humour that kept appearing [Megs ducky, the comedy crashes into mountains,] but that small point doe...

As much as I enjoyed the 2004 game, (apart from the scales.... are all armada TF's slightly bigger than humans? :wtf, look at screenshots of the trees and rocks if you wonder of which i speak) It was missing a few things. Firstly, it just wasn't BIG enough, the story was none existent, (even though ...

Well, you won't be taking backseat for too long really - it arrives early December. Just realised I'd read the information there wrong. Thought it wasn't out till next year..... same with spotlight Blur (Man, 'Animated,' as a subtitle, really hasn't grown on me) I read it as TFA and think about it ...

Anybody else done with IDW?

I've just finished Spotlight:Sideswipe, and I loved it. I could spend ages talking about what was good and what was not, but I think thats been covered a fair bit. As all that seems to be coming out for a while now is AHM and Movieverse stuff, I think I'm gonna take a backseat and wait until Maxy Di...
