That actually wouldn't be much of a problem. With a dremel cut here and there, you could get it off easy. To problem to me is the lack of head room inside Whirl"s copter mode, so you might need to mod Payload's head a bit.

Long Haul. He really can dump things in vehicle mode. Plus, there are already mods out there to fix any view problems or hand articulation issues.

The most un-impressive thing about it for me is that they just happen to have new weaponry that they don't know about, that cna be activated by a cyber key. Surely, with all the tech they have, they should know about any extra weaponry on them.

Just to answer the original question, yes, it is legit. I personally bought one from the guy (liqdeal on Ebay) a year and a half ago. I got it for USD $50, though, so you might be able to get it cheaper. Though i don't know if Recession is driving prices further up or further down. And it's definite...

Nice work. What's the elbow mod you mentioned? The elbow mod was posted on TFW a while back. It basically uses on of the screws on Rampages arm as a hinge, to act as a pseudo elbow (though it turns sideways, not up-down like a human). Is the jackhammer mode supposed to stand without help? I can't g...

Wildrider Redone

I did this custom a while ago, but the gloss black and gloss varnish just made it look garish, not to mention my painting skills were quite bad at the time, hence, i've had to totally redo the thing. This time, i gave him a coat of Testors Aircraft Int. Black (I'm liking the shade more and more, for...

Ultimate Headmaster Scourge

(Equal last place in Sector70's Ultimate Scourge Contest http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/images/smilies/Dunce.gif ) First off, thanks to Sector70 for the challenge; it finally gave me enough reason to start what is probably my most complicated build yet. As the title suggests, this is my take on a 'H...

Just FYI, about the license plate thing, there is a variant that's been found at regular retail with "MUDFLAP" instead of "TRAX". I believe searching "Mudflap Variant Found" over on TFW should provide the product codes (the thing embossed/etched in the bottom right corn...

Oh. I just thought that there were possible references, so thought it might have helped to say i never watched G1. Turns out it was all for naught.

Whirl's reference is interesting, if a bit hard to read.

For those of us who haven't watched G1, etc. Would you mind filling us in on what that references/means, if anything?

I have to agree with Starfield. Sometimes, too many ball joints can absolutely ruin a figure. Though, off the top of my head, i can't think of any. However Bendy Prime comes to mind for some strange reason. Don't get me wrong, I like Minicons, but I don't like having to plug them into another transf...

I'm really impressed by ROTF Legends: Optimus Prime. Really nice transformation As for rubbish gimmicks, what was that jet-ski jet-pack shoulder-gun thing on classics Bumblebee? That thing's not rubbish. Well, not in the context of being used as horns at any rate, rate. (see avatar) ---------------...

Right, after that shoe debacle, I'll stick to just posting in existing threads. :( Fansproject Superion parts are now shipping. (These are the people that made the swish Classics Ultra Magnus armor.) I would have bought one if they transformed into something better than Sprts label did, but non transforming ones...

Well, i haven't seen the movie, so i don't know how it looks there, but you can sorta pull out his robot head a bit while he's in satellite/jet mode, due to the reasonably long neck.
