Dunno if this solves your problem,but I just saw a review by Mike on youtube,and he compared the Universe version with the Henkei.They were the exact same size.

Looks more like a new Barricade to me than anything that could be Soundwave.There is nothing that could be a homage to G1 on this art,and I doubt that they would design a character without things fans would recognize.Just look at the head...thats not Soundwave.

Well,I'd love the idea of Jetfire splitting up...Prime gets some cool,black wings and kick-ass armor parts,while the nosecone of Jetfire folds up and reveals that his whole fuselage is one giant bazooka...Prime could handle it like RID Prime used his ladder...damn,that would be awesome,but it's not...

Very nice,but it seems like he is lacking eyes.The head sure is interesting,seems to move a lot via the electronics.Would have been nice to see more of his headlight-gatlings,but hey,I won't complain

Maybe by pushing on his helmet the face-thingy will spin,but who knows...judging from the pictures,it does not look like his head is flipped out in a way that would hinder such a mechanism,would be cool.
Anyways,looks very good,especially the second and the third one.Th first one looks kinda....red.

For Leader Bulkhead,the only difference seems to be the size,the detailing and that buzzsaw on his arm...I don't like him,judging by those two pictures.And you're right,it's Blaster.
