This and Metroplex. Who do you think is better (or you like more) since you owned both of them? :( I want one, but I don't even dare to ask my wife "can I have one?"...... Here they are together... https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Cpmz1DkWYAAAcBa.jpg:large https://twitter.com/ChrisCathrine/sta...

Really looking forward to this guy but will wait and see what prices are like from UK retailers.

Combiner Wars Vortex Its the workhorse Alpha Bravo mould. Not quite as crisp as Alpha himself, which is a shame. The plastics feel a bit milky. As expected, the mould fits Vortex like a glove and I like the new head that's been put on him. I have the UW version, and it's my first experience of the ...

I have the red Bee (and think I'm going to use him to fill in my long vacant Cliffjumper hole). Haven't had a chance to open him yet. Sir, you are in for a treat! Bumblebee is one of the best MP figures and that's due to his simplicity. He looks great and you don't need to take a day off to fiddle ...

Thanks to a member on tfw2005, I am the proud owner of Feral Rex! Congratulations! He is awesome! Hexatron and Feral Rex vie with MP-21 Bumblebee for my fave Transformer top spot. Big, chunky, tab-y. Talon remains simple and effective---I had him two years ago. That sample [among the first in the U...

Got MakeToys Cupola recently thanks to kgorman79 over at TFW2005. (Which of course led me to buy my first Titans Return figure - Legends Rewind...) I am very impressed by the transformation design and general quality - Cupola is a superb G1 Chromedome and delivers multiple 'masterpiece moments.' Sty...

Titan Trypticon is looking promising based on those rather limited photos!

Yay for Legends Kickback! Leader Sixshot looks good for a mainstream figure, but underwhelming compared to MMC Hexatron. Of course, that makes sense given the high-end nature of the latter, but nowadays (in UK at least) the price points aren't different enough anymore. Does a better job of G1 toy ho...

That MMC MTMTE Rodimus looks amazing - I look forward to seeing the alt mode. That's quite unexpected, and a figure I'm very interested in! MMC Helex is also shaping up nicely. And I'm really liking the look of BoldForms' Megatron, which turns in to a gun and a tank. I'm always torn between the two ...

LioKaiser is ****ing hilarious. Yes he is. I like the Sharkticon too but I'm a pass on about 95% of Titans Returns to be honest. Likewise. I picked up Rewind in the end to go with Cupola (would prefer the KFC version, but hey), but I still don't like the tank mode. Will almost certainly get Takara'...

Yeah, if you have some WST's, that would be really appealing. Yup - Metroplex is great fun with WSTs: https://twitter.com/ChrisCathrine/status/689201651639541760 I really want an updated Fort Max, but he needs skyscrapers in city mode for me. I'll wait and see what 3P add-on kits turn up before dec...

Got Unite Warriors Bruticus - my third 'Combiner Wars' gestalt (not counting UW Devastator who follows his own unique pattern). Of course the other two I have are G1 and G2 Menasor... Bruticus is really very well done. Menasor has huge sentimental value, but I can't deny he's more than a bit goofy i...

I got the Mezco One:12 Collective Judge Dredd figure and Lawmaster. Judge Dredd is the most awesome non-Transformers action figure I have ever owned! Much better size than HotToys for such things, but same level of detail and great use of mixed-media. The Lawmaster is also phenomenal, with lovely mi...

I don't know if it's a common problem, but I transformed my CW G2 Dragstrip for just the second time at the weekend (I've been away a lot for work) and he broke. I say second time, but what I mean is I have transformed him in to each of his modes once now and could not get back to car. The issue see...

Got Unite Warriors Roller. He was the only figure in the Galvatronus set I was interested in really, and I expected this would be the case with a lot of people so was surprised when I saw one available at a sensible price. Jumped in there, and I am not disappointed. I liked the Zombie Roller idea, b...

the only problem I've had was the fact that the mount for his spoiler broke, not due to being overly fragile, but due to a cat that decided she loved jumping up on the desk where I had him standing and knocking him over onto the floor. I feel your pain - one of my cats randomly decided to bite MP I...

Me again! With my regular Takara Age of Extinction AoE Evasion Mode Prime going to a new home, I got the three versions of this mould I own together for one last time... It is a really clever mould, but I still find folding the arms away when going from robot to truck a pain. The Takara Rusty versio...

Really enjoying the recent articles - I like to hear about why people collect different figures. It's far more interesting than simply comprehensive collections!

I would say that with a rather eclectic collection myself (lots of Movie and Prime stuff, then more targeted CHUG, Masterpiece and 3P).

What happened to Grimlock? Was he not a Knight?

Oh dear... The plot is clearly beyond me.
