Animated was a great Transformers show, and I have the original season 1 & 2 DVDs.

I'm glad the whole thing is finally getting a release.

Also..I saw on BBTS in some of the descriptions for the Lamborghini mold a disclaimer saying.. Anyone know what the QC issues were? Paint issues, my Sideswipe has awful paint on the A pillars. The paint color is a licensed Lamborghini red, but it really needs a primer over the smoked plastic roof p...

It's a great toy and G1 Prowl was my first TF.

I live in the Seattle area and Hollywood usually films Vancouver, shows a stock shot of the Space Needle and calls it Seattle.

The atmosphere and weather are very similar but the cities look quite different.

I got a Metroplex at a local Costco for $50 US.
I think he is fantastic.

He's huge and I can put all the G1 legends toys I've been buying and hoarding for years now.

I haven't stickered him yet because I want to do some custom painting

There has been some talk about the canopy section of the car being a bit manipulated to produce a better robot mode. I am not too keen on the car modes being fudged but its a minor detail.

I know I'm really looking forward to Masterpiece Wheeljack, Bumblebee and Ultra Magnus.

I have focused most of my collecting habits towards masterpiece releases lately.

I had a more limited year this year, but I bought a few transformers and I think they go like this:

Gen Springer
Gen Metroplex
MP Soundwave and his cassettes
MP Prowl/Smokescreen/Bluestreak
Gen Orion Pax

I got ten years registered here.
