Finally got animated Arcee. Whoever owns her? Did you notice she looks different than what is showing on the instruction/box? The wings looks different and the position of the slots for the wings are different also. almost completely remolded (in an almost-identical-but-different-in-every-way manne...

I have this somewhere after seeing it in the early hours of the morning on a thread somewhere, and mentioning it to my fiance, who dutifully found it on ebay. I can confirm that the original is both awesome and awful in equally delightful measures. @frenzy_rumble: The plastic is particularly weak on...

I dunno, it just doesn't sit well with the quasi-realism of the line... It's like the designers thought they were working on Cybertron or something and had best jazz it up for the six year olds. I like the fact you see none of it in alt mode, it adds to the feeling of robots-in-disguise-ness*. *sha...

If not what you were thinking of definitely something very similar http://www.madmaxmodels.com/roadblasters.html apparently i have been mentally confusing/merging these two toylines for years. road warriors is indeed the magazine/playset i was thinking of, but the above link has (the) two cars i ha...

Name this (car) toyline

OK, so it's a line of largely matchbox/corgi type cars (they're like the ancestors to hot wheels to you young 'uns), that in themselves are relatively normal, but have snap-on plastic 'battle armor' (in an unpainted navy blue/teal colour?) that turns them into armored mad-max style cars. I also know...

a bit left-field, but I got deluxe rotf jolt the other day. mstly due to the fact he was £6.50 (half price), and lookd surprisingly tidy in alt mode on the card. i must say, im quite impressed with him. articulation isnt perfect, but better than you first think, mostly down to his highly stable feet...

Really? You're going to play that card? When the Voyagers could have been had for $20 at the time of their release, yet the diminutive and crappy Deluxes often go for $13 now? If you have that little money, you shouldn't be buying Transformers at all . Stunningly ignorant. Seriously, well done on t...

Cheaper combiners, and deluxe re-dos of voyagers, are not so unappealing to those with less money and/or figures in their collection.

everything looks like a win to me, possible exception on the combiners. although if the non transformy limbs still have cool spring-loaded automorps, AND the price is sensible, I might be tempted. its just that each of them has at least one particularly deformed looking vehicles (the wing-less jet a...
