Re: What do you think about Powermasters in the comics

Originally posted by Zizicez Do you think Darkwing, Dreadwind, Joyride, Getaway, and Slapdash "Became One" with there Powermaster? What do you think? My personal take on it is that they didn't, as they should have started experiencing pain at about the same time as Prime did (assuming my ...

Last year the Tesco I work at had loads of european Beast Machines toys going for 2 quid each. I brought one of each and regretted it almost instantly, I felt over charged;) Jetstorm was the best, but not so good as to justify the amount of reissues he's had. And as for Snarl (whoes transformation w...

It's not a toy fault, but it really p***ed me off that, having made the decision to put the TF universe cards that come with the Takara reissues in the folder that came with Prime, the holes on the ones that came with the the minibots are slightly further apart than the others, meaning they don't fi...

Perhaps Megs just forgot to stick his gun on charge when he went to bed the night before? Seriously though, it's a shame someone (possiably Hasbro?) seems to have banned toy deaths in the comic, resulting in the need to create one off's like Dropshot for roles that could have been filled by toy char...

That's annoyed me as well, the first two times I brought things of E-bay I got no feedback, which was doubly irritating as some sellers don't accept bids off zero feedbackers:wall:

Perhaps someone at Takara noticed the Japanease toys were selling about the same as the TVless American toys?

My favorite bit was this from the Megatron entry, this gem about his gun:

"Any Autobot unfortunate enough to fall victim to the wepon have been completely vaporized"

I guess Smokescreen doesn't know how lucky he was

Thanks, why oh why can't Dreamwave employ people with easy to pronounce/spell surnames like Smith or Jones? Though as I can barely spell those names either I doubt it would help me much:smokin:

Surely the biggest bonehead move is Optimus puting Ultra Magnus in charge while he runs of to Nebulos. Did no one tell him what happened last time Magnus was in charge?, I mean is it any wonder the Autobots are utterly defeated before Prime bothers to saunter back?

Now, if you want a Heavy Metal War mystery hows about this: Megatron is given all all the Decepticons special powers (including the extremly useful teleportation one) by his followers melting their power chip rectifiers in a big furnace. Ignoring the dodgy science, why don't they just build loads of...

Actualy I take it back, I posted that before I started to watch Masterforce, the kids in that have are clearly the template for the Armada kids (the Kewl one, the sensible girl and the racial stereotype) only with the annoyance factor turned up to 11. A good inker helps as well, go open up your copies of All Fall Down and compare how the Megs/Ratchet hybrid looks at the end of "Eye of the Storm" compared to the first page of the next issue (the first to be inked by Stephen Baskerville), the difference is very noticable.
