I really like having him posed next to ROTF Bludgeon on my toy shelf, due to the similarity of weapons. Indeed. Actually just took some pictures of him with Bludgeon last night, too. Nice ones. I came to the same conclusion when I first bought him. They make a natural pair. http://a.imageshac...

That camo pattern is outstanding. And for some reason, I love the white eyes surrounded by black with all the blue. Great effect.

Gen. Thrust, modded wings

Knew I was going to do this as soon as they announced we were getting him. Kind of a test run, mostly to show it can be done. There are two mods here; the first for the jet mode. I cut the wings and attached the VTOL engine blocks directly. http://img684.imageshack.us/img684/4482/thrtwo05.jpg http:/...

Wow. To date, I think this is your best combiner. Awesome as the others are, this one actually functions in all ways once it separates. Plus, it just looks perfect when combined. Everything is seamless. How in hell did you put those parts together to make the gator-head for Wheelie's command center ...

Ordered my Skywarp from BBTS last week. Shipped Friday. I was planning on getting both him and Starscream, but I'll be happy with this one of the (now) three. Looks so far to be the best of the Alternity figures. Not that the others or horrid, but with Prime and Megs having their arms too far back o...

Great! :) I love that you used a piece of his arm so it fits right back in. Never got the Wii version, so I didn't know about that little extra weapon. Simple, but cool!

Might have to try something like that with my Ransack.

Love them all, but Beachcomber jumped out at me. Maybe because it's a really obvious and great idea--he really fits that mold.

Gears/Swerve is another great match to the toy mold. Nice work. :)

Another idea for the head might be a Vector Prime head. It's got a similar shape to Megs, but different enough to make him stand out as another character. Whether that head looks good enough to be Wreckage is up to you, but give it a look.

Hey! Not a bad first go at all! Interesting about the off-colored back end. Was that a part-swap by the owner, (they released two silver tones for Sideways for some odd reason) or a repaint mismatch? The bot-mode stuff looks great. I still never got why they released him with all that red. Even in t...

Doing the robot parts in gunmetal was fun, though - really makes them look much more solid. Was going to drybrush, but my shaky hands actually left the odd dot of unpainted black plastic and I rather like the effect, so I'm going with that instead. Only problem is now I really want to take everythi...

ROTF Deluxe Ratchet

You know, I really like this figure. Yeah, his vehicle mode is lacking, but the robot mode is great. The only issue being very few paint apps. But that's okay, we can fix it. :) http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/4378/ratchet01.jpg And before it's mentioned, I like transforming his shoulders this wa...

I could never stand their look. Finding out the third was a repaint (and of the wrong one, no less) just made me shrug my shoulders. Kinda felt for those hoping for a whole new figure, but that was about all. I don't own this one, so I'm not entirely sure what you did (though I can see the tire in t...

Though if you can choose, I'd also back up the alcohol choice. While using nail varnish quickly over a surface won't have very much effect, on clear parts it can fog stuff up. Stronger alcohols (in come instances) can too, but you've got a better chance with it.

I see Thrust. That's Thrust? For, like, normal release? They're giving us Thrust? Drift looks pretty cool. Definitely a different take on him, but you know who you're getting. Also pretty stoked about HA Jazz. Seriously. Thrust. Though I never liked the VTOL engines just sitting on top of the wings....
