Synopsis: Alpha Trion and his companions materialise in a disused facility, dropping Skyfall's corpse. Landquake demands to know what happened, and is ignored by Alpha Trion as he gives orders to his troops. Landquake, irate, pokes Alpha Trion in the test. Alpha Trion brushes it off as Skyfall being shot from the back. However, Downshift arrives, and Alpha Trion orders everyone to hide. Downshift arrives to investigate, but Alpha Trion kills him with one blow, just as Downshift reports to Hound that the old one is back. Alpha Trion tells them that his troops will be here soon, and orders Landquake to clean up the mess. Landquake refuses, telling Alpha Trion that he is not his troop, and calls him out for killing one of his own, which certainly is not peaceful. Landquake demands explanations and Alpha Trion drops the charade, telling Landquake that his word is law. Breakaway interrupts, telling them that the wound was made from an energy blade. Alpha Trion's troops -- the local Dirge, Perceptor, Sky Lynx and Technobots -- arrive and take Landquake, Breakaway and Topspin at gunpoint. Sky Lynx has killed the Decepticon scout Breakaway. The loyal Topspin demands why he is being held, but Alpha Trion tells him that his usefulness is at an end, and once they have found the fifth his reign will begin.

Synopsis: Topspin is distraight at Alpha Trion's betrayal, especially after his loyalty. Landquake asks Alpha Trion why not kill them all now, and Alpha Trion tells him that reunification can work with one dead, but not all. Landquake whispers to Breakaway, planning and escape, and offers Topspin to come. Dirge asks them what they were discussing in low tones, and Landquake tells Dirge about his power to manipulate energon. He does so, using some to pierce Perceptor through the back. Landquake shoots Dirge in the leg and drops some smoke bombs, and as he escapes with Breakaway (who carries Skyfall) he tells Topspin to come with because he has been betrayed. Topspin realises it's true, and uses his power to rip of Kickback's spark/ember out of his body. They escape, and Topspin decides to join them because it would help him get revenge. Landquake agrees, if only for Skyfall's sake. They escape, and as Alpha Trion's forces exit, Scattershot is eager to pursue but Alpha Trion hold off as they relocate to another one of his laboratories, for the planet is his and they cannot hide. Weeks later, Landquake's team is holed up in a run-down facility, with empties around that respect Breakaway as 'healer'. Skyfall is placed on a table, and despite their powers they cannot revive him. Breakaway suggests approaching Megatron, but Landquake is confident that no one named Megatron should be trusted. Topspin suggests meeting Alpha Trion, which Landquake also shoots down. Landquake, tired of being treated as the group's leader with Skyfall's absence have no idea what to do. Breakaway tells Landquake that he must decide what to do because they can't hold out forever, and begins to talk about destiny, and they must take action. Suddenly... something's happened.

Synopsis: Landquake, Breakaway and Topspin find that the other robots in the room seem to be unmoving. The Quintesson Aquarius introduces himself, explaining that they are in a bubble of 'slow time', where time slows down for the four of them. The laid-back Aquarius claims to be the one that brought the them into this dimension, but Topspin corrects him, telling that Alpha Trion was the one responsible, Aquarius says that things aren't always what they seem, and claims to have tripped a recall code, and tells them that, sick as they might at hearing the same thing, they have a big responsibility here. After quickly conferring amongst themselves, the distrusting Landquake is finally convinced by the others to listen to Aquarius. The Quintessons are exploreers, which had a covert research post on Cybertron, mostly keeping a low profile although sometimes they had to defend themselves (at a point apparently killing Fortress Maximus) but now Optimus Prime has a new project. Optimus Prime and Ironhide discuss about their newly-constructed weapon, Omega Doom. Optimus is convinced that with Omega Doom, he would be able to rule the universe, and with Ironhide handling security, Optimus is convinced that he would not see a repeat of the failure with the Ark. Aquarius tells Landquake's team that they can stop the project along with the dead Skyfall and 'the fifth'. Aquarius tells them that the fifth is Heatwave, who is with Megatron. However, Aquarius tells them that slow time is over, and that Computron is about to rip the building apart... which he does. Elsewhere, Alpha Trion contacts one of his allies, and the two tell each other that their assassins are in place, and both Optimus Prime and Megatron will die. Cybertron will belong to Alpha Trion, while Earth goes to... Rodimus Prime.

Transformers Featured: Breakaway, Landquake, Topspin, Fortress Maximus (flashback, killed), Optimus Prime, Omega Supreme, Big Daddy, Huffer, Landcross, Ironhide, Grimlock, Blurr's body, Computron, Alpha Trion, Rodimus. (Other than the Candy Cane Squad, all the others are from Shattered Glass.)

Synopsis: As Aquarius, Breakaway and Topspin runs away from Computron with Skyfall's body in tow, Landquake flies up and shoots Computron in the face. The temporarily-blinded Computron gloats that he could use his infinite processing power to find them (which amounts to him concluding that they are teleporters on account of not being able to catch them), and Landquake's group just walks out, and Landquake decides that they must go to Megatron. A short while later, in the Decepticon base, Reflector and Starscream finds out that Computron is chasing someone. Starscream sends out Abominus, and alerts Megatron. In the chase, Aquarius tells Landquake that he found out about them through Omega Terminus, a strange multi-dimensional computer, which according to Aquarius is connected to Alpha Trion somehow, as well as a massive complex system called Vector Sigma. Aquarius had activaetd a 'recall' program for a weapon or a warrior, which in turn brought them here. Abominus arrives just then, and tells those fine fellows to get behind them while he takes care of Computron. As Abominus and Computron battles, Landquake's group enters the Decepticon base, where they are greeted by Megatron, Starscream, Cyclonus and Cliffjumper. Cliffjumper, recognizing Landquake and is pleased to see him. Soon the situation is explained to Megatron and his troops, telling them that the fifth they are looking for is someone called 'Heatwave'. Megatron sends for Heatwave, and is fascinated by the notion of multiple realities, as well as a possible friendship with the Quintessons. However, before Heatwave can answer any questions, Cyclonus receivers a message, and fires his cannon at Megatron for 'the glory of Alpha Trion!'

Synopsis: Optimus Prime asks Ricochet about the validity of the news that Megatron has been killed. However, a group of four Autobots led by Kup arrive and surround Optimus Prime, telling him that he is obsolete. Optimus Prime offers them a chance to surrender, but they refuse. Optimus uses Ricochet as a shield to block Warpath's blast, before knocking Warpath onto Hound, learning from them that Rodimus sent them. Unimpressed, Optimus blasts Camshaft's head apart, and crushes Kup's head with his bare hands, musing that Kup used to be a good soldier. Alpha Trion, not trusting Rodimus' assassins, arrive with Sky Lynx and Nightscream to finish the job himself. In the Decepticon base, Starscream laments over Megatron's body as Cyclonus is led away. Breakaway suggests using their combined powers to bring Megatron back, and after a short discussion, they decide to go ahead. Meanwhile, Optimus introduces Alpha Trino to Omega Doom, which takes out Alpha Trion with a single shot. Optimus sends Omega Doom to destroy the Decepticons, while he take care of Alpha Trion's troops. Landquake, Topspin, Breakaway and Heatwave apply their energies to Megatron's body, and they find that they could see into each other's memories, before finally meeting Skyfall's essence in the afterlife. The five of them find themselves in a featureless white space, where they are welcomed by the voice of Primus. Primus tells them that Reunification is at hand, and that they must choose. Synopsis: Omega Doom easily takes out the Decepticons sent out to deal with him. Abominus arrives, but Omega Doom's eye beam brings Abominus down to his knees... until a force field protects Abominus. Nexus Prime and Galvatron, both reborn, reveal themselves to be the ones responsible. After an exchange of weaponsfire, Omega Doom realises he is outmatched, and launches a Starkiller missile towards Cybertron's sun. Nexus has to save the planet, and as he does so the Decepticon parts in his mind (Landquake, Topspin and Heatwave) demand him to go and finish off Omega Doom, while the Autobot parts (Skyfall and Breakaway) reminds him of saving the world. Nexus Prime stops considering himself as a 'we' but as a 'I'. He is too slow to stop the missile's impact, but he uses his abilities to repair the damage before the sun can explode. On Cybertron, Omega has defeated most of Galvatron's troops... but Nexus arrives back, knocking Omega Doom out. Some time later, Galvatron undergoes repairs. Nexus Prime and Aquarius are about to leave, in order to follow a 'call', going on faith that the recall program that Aquarius tripped in the Vector Sigma system would lead him to where he needed to go. Starscream and Galvatron offers the use of the Stellar Spanner recovered from Alpha Trion's laboratory, after which would be destroyed to keep it out of dangerous hands. Cliffjumper chooses to stay behind to defeat evil Optimus Prime, and bids whatever is left of Skyfall and Landquake goodbye.
