Flash is a cocky, ambitious daredevil who sees death-defying decoy assignments as his ticket to a quick promotion. He likes working with his fellow Turbomasters, but sees within himself the potential for so much more. His teammates, on the other hand, consider him a brash youngster with a lot to learn about proper military strategy. They tolerate his antics because they usually pay off in the end, but they are growing increasingly weary of pulling him out of danger when they don't.
