Eagle Eye is a wonderful pilot, but his leadership skills leave something to be desired. He doesn't have much in common with his Air Patrol outside of work and makes no effort to get the unit to bond, but they've still managed to become one of the most deadly Autobot air units. Eagle Eye is satisfied with that and doesn't particularly care if his subordinates are friends once they're off the clock.
