I like Lilly Allen. She's like a cheap, attainable version of Sophie Ellis-Bextor. And almost certainly not adverse to a trip to the Emirates Stadium.

Pleat, to be fair, is better than any of the ITV commentators, or other punditry ITV sidekicks, like Gareth "I might sign him for Boro, ho ho ho [repeat for entire world cup]" Southgate or Jim "Who" Beglin.

He also has the one justification all but one of the world's population can call on when judgement day comes - he's not Mark Lawrenson. Even Dude13458941687974634479/76+1654456549/7964897948974*/919/4*/4 can hold his head up high to a certain extent, and claim he's not Mark Lawwrenson. Unless he is Mark Larenson. Which is possible, I suppose...

She's an annoying smug little chav! And she can't really sing, she just lilts pleasantly over cheerful muzak. And her lyrics are awful! Apart from Smile, but that's repetitive and annoying...

I went past the Emirates yesterday for the first time since they finished it. It doesn't look that different from when it was under construction... In a bizarre structural twist, it seems to be mostly glass - looks a lot like that glass ark building thing you pass on the Hammersmith flyover, but you can see a football pitch in the middle...

On a scale of insignificant to ****ing annoying as hell, Razorlight kick the **** out of some illiterate muppet who can't get the hang of a forum that's all but dead...

I wake up with the urge to kill things because Razorlight pollute my radio at 6:30 in the morning... it took me five minutes to even work out who the hell Bandit is...
