People often http://www.homestead.com as a good sig host. Goitta pay but I believe you can get a couple of pages free I think.

I have a couple of gig bandwidth spare a month just now

A friend referred me to this lightning fast and reliable server. However, the only problem is that the maximum number of sigs you can host is 3. Ah, well.
