Windrazor nodded thoughtfully as Gigatron left the room. This mission he'd been assigned was far from easy. Breaking a Decepticon with no functional robot mode out of an Autobot holding cell right after the battle they'd just gone through... Gigatron sure knew how to give an impossible task. But Windrazor relished the impossible.
"Getting into Fortress Maximus at this stage will be next to impossible," he commented, forgetting for a moment that Fly was still present.
"So we'll have to get Wheels out somehow."
He opened his commlink, a semi-plan forming in his mind.
"StarBlade and Echoshift, report to Flight Deck 1 immediately."

Overkill stared at Laserbeak and Ravage. They lay lifeless slumped against the wall. He transmitted an activation signal to Laserbeak, next he turned his attention to Ravage.
Red lights glowed in the darkness as systems powered up and within seconds his fellow cassetticons had been reawakened.
"Overkill. Current status report?" Laserbeak demanded. Ravage pawed the ground cautiously. He disliked the dinosaur.
"Master held deactivated in the brig" Overkill grunted. "Need help to wake him up"
Laserbeak's eyes glowed in the darkness as he figured out their next move...

Gropund Hog rolled his head. He turned on his radio and Startled Roller Force with it."Hello?" He asked.

Roller Force, unalert from Ground Hog's call ran straight into Motorhead. "What'd you do that for?"He asked, nudgin toward Roller Force.
"What? You were in my way!" He replied.
Motorhead shoved Roller Force and began to near him.
"Don't play stupid."He said with a clenched fist.

Excavator jumped from the bar and followed Ruckus closely, his gaze peering back and forth frequently while he scurried after his escort. He agreed that the other Micromaster could fend for himself.
Stonecruncher was unable to stop Runabout's large hand from taking hold and throwing him into the air; he flailed ineffectually as he soared and fell again to the bar room floor with a grunt. A shake of the head later, Stonecruncher rolled over, transformed into his incomplete truck form, and gunned for Runabout's side. He sure hoped the Battlecharger wasn't quick enough to roll away, because he sure couldn't steer right on his own...

Knockout grinned with sincere delight at the efficacy of his work. He gave Ground Hog an awkward nod and went straight to putting away his tools.
"Just remember who to call when you need something to be repaired or constructed."
On the floor and beneath his faceplate, Hammer grinned.

Echoshift had barely stepped out from the CR chamber when his com-link beeped to indicate an incoming transmission.
"StarBlade and Echoshift, report to Flight Deck 1 immediately."
"On my way," the grey Eurofighter replied in acknowledgement to Windrazor, closing the connection and heading off to the required location. Echoshift wondered who the other recipent of Windrazor's message-- StarBlade --was. The name sounded vaguely familiar; he'd probably heard it somewhere before, though he couldn't put a face to the name and certainly didn't know the 'con who owned it personally.

Bludgeon: "The battle was.... enlightening. For the most part, the unit based there is made up of micromasters and minicons. Bugly fought an unusual micromaster combiner. It has powers that might be a challenge for Bugly's. We kept the entire unit's attention during the whole battle." -scowl deepens slightly- "The most interesting thing was this. Springer has returned. The Wreckers are back."

Hook started to cut Headstrong's damaged armour off, preparing the wounded area for a replacement sheet of armour.

Scavenger, glad to be away from his teammates for the moment, walked into the room. He stopped dead in the doorway as he noticed the brawl.
"What the bloody-"
He eyed the destruction, and several valuable-looking pieces of debris caught his attention. Smiling behind his faceplate, the Constructicon crossed his arms and waited for the combatants to wear themselves out.

Scrapper sat at a console, optics narrowed. The display in front of him showed multiple scenes of Earth construction vehicles. Not a single one of them wore a shade of green.
Maybe it's time we invested in a little camoflouge...
He beckoned to Long Haul. "I've got a job for you."
"You need me to build something, chief?"
"Of course not." Ignoring Long Haul's expression of disappointment, Scrapper pressed on. "I need you to find me some orange paint. Enough to do up six Decepticons."
"I suppose I..." the transport officer eyed Scrapper's console with suspicion. "Promise me you're not going to paint us orange."
Scrapper nodded. "I promise I won't paint you orange."
Long Haul left, his expression one of cautious optimism.

Gigatron's gait took him and his walking mate into the considerably quieter hall. He forged on slowly but with purpose, appreciating every word of Bludgeon's report while keeping a thought on the grand picture. He tilted his head in interest at the news of the Wreckers.
"Is that so? Quite peculiar... I trust you humbled them."
A raised finger delayed the answer; Gigatron clicked on his radio to respond.
"Pacify them, Hatemonger. Try to be gentle."
And as quickly, the Decepticon commander was again attentive to the Pretender.

" It's on my list of things to do." Carnivac told Weirdwolf as he moved another pawn (Brawn) diagonally. Carnivac watched as Brawn tore off one of the Squaktalk's wings and started beating the Cassetticon, the Scalpel with it. " And since we're going to raid one Combaticon's room, we might as well have a look in the others."

Windrazor paced back and forth on the flight deck, waiting for the two Decepticons he'd be taking on this mission. His thoughts kept roaming back to the battlefield, going over every inch of it, and analyzing and reanalyzing the terrain.
The only reason they'd managed to close within range was by hugging the terrain and coming in at high speed. Which meant that the base had trouble achieving target lock, rather than not seeing them coming per-se. His current plan required they stay in the vicinity of Fortress Maximus for a considerable amount of time. Which of course, meant that the former approach would not work. He needed something subtler.
He looked up and snapped his fingers.
"Windrazor to Scorponok Command Centre. Are our long ranged sensors online?"

I found God. Then I lost him. He'll probably turn up down the back of the sofa someday.
"The early bird gets the worm, but the early worm is ****ed."
"I'm not oppressing you Stan, but you haven't got a womb. Where's the fetus going to gestate? You going to keep it in a box?"

"Will do Gigatron." Hatemonger said clicking off his com-link.
Hatemonger then walked into the Mess Hall, as soon as the doors opened he quickly knocked a piece of debris out of the way its orginal trail was his head.
He spoke up loudly and rather angerly.
"You can all stop the fighting now, or I can stop it for you." He growled clenching his fists ready in case anyone decided to prove just how dumb they were.

Nightracer took a quick glance at who was ordering the fight (she doesn't consider it a brawl) to stop while keeping one optic on Runamuck. Nightracer sighed when she identified Hatemonger, then subspaced her rifle and stepped farther away from the Battlecharger.

Bludgeon: "Springer himself was somewhat hesitant to fight. Us, anyway. I believe he and his people were there to take the base from the group we were fighting. The recall was sounded right before Springer appeared." -shrugs slightly- "We left them damaged, their computers burned out, and the Wreckers and this new group trapped inside the base forcefield."

Spinister strode over to the sensor console and queried it.
"More or less, Windrazor. We lost a few minor antennae and lenses in the battle, though."

Long Haul glared at the mirrored surface of the engine room floor...and at the now-orange Constructicon it reflected back at him.
"You lied to me," he grumbled.
"That I did," Scrapper replied, amused. "I've discovered that lies can be powerful motivators."
"My faith is shattered."
"Good." Scrapper handed him a brush. "Now get to work on my shovel."
