Hell, the varying weather patterns from just this thread is a bit disconcerting (though I do not mean to undervalue the scale of this issue - as it is quite large)

cherry blossoms in france. fruit is gonna cost a fortune this summer... nothing like a bit of consumerism to drive a point home :\

Yesterday Britain had it's worst weather since 1990. This resulted ina few fallen trees bringing the country to it's knees.

Global what!?! We just had the first bit of ice in Houston, TX since...well...in the seven years I've lived here anyway.

Global warming is supposed to make it cold in Europe, not the southern US.
