You'll see what appears to be a clear one, can anyone I.D it?

It looks sorts like a clear PowerMaster Optimus Prime to me.

I believe it's a clear Powermaster Prime PVC figure.

Yup. It definitely is. It looks exactly like my PVC God Ginrai, except that mine is colored.

Depends on your personal taste. If you got it for that price, I would say it's a good thing.
