True, I have a couple of friends who live in Brighton who go to gay pride with their girlfriends every year because its a really fun day out everyones nice and their oinly two aims are to have fun and to express themselves.Halfshell wrote:You don't have to be gay to go to Gay Pride. It helps, but it's not compulsory.
And does it really make the blindest bit of difference if electro girl's gay or straight?
And yeah, no difference which way anyone on this board swings, don't see why it has anything to do with someone they have sparse conversations with over the internet who could live over the other side of the world.

Ok, time to play "fun with English".
"Not meaning anything bad by this, but what where you doing at a gay pride parade?"
reads much more as uneducated, yet inquisitive and probably not intending to offend.
*please note that I did edit out the "hold it" on purpose.
Seriously, its dragging crap like this around that derails and usually ends up in the locking of actually interesting topics.
Yeah, that reads as "I have problems with them Gays. Also, I am an idiot."secretcode wrote:Hold it.
Not meaning bad anything about this, but what the hell where you doing at a gay pride parade?

Thats a fairly ignorant attitude to have. I went to London on an art trip with my college while gay pride happened to be in town and it was a great festival atmosphere and I had fun with all my straight and gay friends who were there, there was no sign that read 'No straight people beyond this point'. You sir need to sort out your values.secretcode wrote:Hold it.

I aslo saw Darth Vader and some pirates.
The guy in the green t-shirt is famous ilustrator James Green.
