Is that a clear Lockdown? Finally, clear goodness, and not too hard to get, hopefully.

And, frankly, what's changed about the legends figures?

As pointed out by Dinobot Nuva at TFW2005:

Might be an exclusive or not, but Target will apparently be getting it.

Legends Starscream has thus far only been confirmed for a Target exclusive Animated bonus pack (see below).

Normally I really enjoy Legends Class TFs but these guys seem a little under
developed. They almost look like some one tried to recreate them in PS1
graphics. lol. Just to abstract in appearance to be must haves, although
I might get BB.

I'm actually very impressed with the designs of the Animated Legends figures, based on the photos I've seen.

They seem to have done rather well in keeping the alt modes and stylized robot modes very much like the cartoon designs, and at such a small scale! They're are a huge improvement on the Movie Legends figures, that's for sure! I may even buy the Animated Legends, despite my personal dislike for the style, because they look so nifty!

But, I am more excited about the Classics 2 Legends (struggling for terms to differentiate Legends class figures, seeing as how they are technically one line, and now fall under Universe it woudl appear... but previously, Cybertron, Classics and Movie Legends figures all followed on with consecutive series numbers - I'll be interested to see if the Univserse Legends break that). Looking forward to receiving Megs, Jazz and Hound in the post, and really can't wait for the upcoming Minibot redoes. I mean, Legends are the new Minibots, really, and it's so cool that Legends has evolved to include new transformations and its own characters, rather than just representing larger figures at a small scale.

Yup, that'll do nicely. Now I just have to wait...

Ohhhhh, the yellow does not work with that Ratchet mold. I am looking forward to the transparent Lockdown, though. Is clear plastic still significantly more brittle, or have there been advances in clear plastic technology lately? (Or was clear plastic never more brittle and I'm so very wrong?)

I think it'll have the same durability as plastic used in the other Animated figures.
As for the Rescue Ratchet thing, that is an awful color for it.

Also, now we know that Legends Starscream is no longer exclusive to this pack, he's also scheduled for a single release as part of wave 4 of the Universe Legends Class assortment.
